Return & Refund Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items Only
Since our welding tables are made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.

Please check your table carefully when it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know right away at sales.swsl@gmail.com so we can fix the issue.

How Returns Work
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return shipping address: 28 Euclid Ave, Te Rapa 3200, New Zealand

Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first, as we won’t be able to accept unapproved returns.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll confirm if your refund or replacement is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank processing times can vary, so if it’s been more than 15 business days, just get in touch at sales.swsl@gmail.com.

• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

• Our main goal is to make sure you get exactly what you ordered and in perfect condition—so we’ll always work with you if there’s a problem.
