What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices on our website are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Do you offer pick-up?
Yes! Pick-up is avilable from our workshop: 28 Euclid Avenue, Te Rapa, Hamilton 3200
Pickup can be arranged once your order is complete. We'll email you as soon as your table is ready to collect.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
All welding tables are made to order here in New Zealand.
Our standard lead time is 2-3 weeks fabrication time, plus freight time which varies by location and carrier.
Freight for our welding tables is usually sent by Mainfreight. Delivery times depend on your region, but are generally:
- North Island: 3-7 business days after dispatch
- South Island: 5-10 business days after dispatch
- Rural: May take longer
Tracking details will be emalied once your order has shipped.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Becuase our welding tables are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right. Please email us at sales.swsl@gmail.com or call us directly as soon as possible, and we will arrange a solution quickly.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order before fabrication begins. Because tables are made to order, once work has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
Please email us immediately at sales.swsl@gmail.com or call us at 021517869, and we can update your address. Changes aren't guaranteed and refunds may not apply if the order has already been shipped.
